  • Q: Is it every day for 21 days including weekends?
    A: Yes! There is content each day, for 21 consecutive days, including weekends. The program is designed to create a continuous journey of transformation. Each day there are lessons in on the learning platform that guide you. They were consciously built to flow one after the other, but you know YOU best, so feel free to hop around! You can take as long as you need because you have lifetime access to the course material.
  • Q: Do we meet on Zoom?
    A: No Zoom! :) This is an online, self-paced course. All content is pre-recorded and accessible on your own schedule. You can engage with the day's materials whenever it works best for you - even if you fall behind or advance ahead - jump in the private community and share how it's going! There's no pressure to "stay on track."
  • Q: How long should I set aside each day?
    A: I recommend setting aside about 20 minutes each day for the program. Some days might be slightly shorter or longer depending on the practices. The really magical part is the teachings are all audio tracks, so you can be on a walk or on the move, and don't need to be still to get the information!
  • Q: How do I access the program content?

    A: All program materials are hosted on ThriveCart, a user-friendly, very common learning platform where you'll log in to access each day's content. Immediately after you purchase the program, you’ll receive an email with a link to the course. The Subject line of the email is: “How to access your new courses.” Once you create an account - save your username and password. You’ll have access for as long as Higher Love Healing LLC uses ThriveCart.
  • Q: Is each day a set program or can I hop around?
    A: Each day has its own curated content that builds upon previous days. However, each person is in a different place with their spiritual journey, so you have complete flexibility to: Follow the sequence as designed Revisit previous days' content as often as you like Jump ahead if you feel called to specific topics Mix and match practices based on what resonates with you The program is designed as a journey, but you're the one navigating it! Feel 100% fine jumping around if that's what you feel called to do. This is for YOU.
  • Q: What materials do I need to participate?
    A: Very minimal! Just: A journal for reflection Headphones if you prefer private listening A comfortable space for meditation
  • Q: What if I miss a day or fall behind?
    A: No problem at all! You have lifetime access to all program materials, so you can: Catch up whenever it works for your schedule Take breaks as needed Revisit any content in the future Move through the program at your own pace!
