Welcome, and thank you for being here. These Terms and Conditions cover the use of amietyler.com and everything offered through it: private sessions, intuitive readings, mediumship, packages, recorded readings, digital courses, membership, live classes, home and land clearings, and the free resources shared along the way.
In these terms, "Amie" refers to Amie Tyler and Higher Love Healing LLC. "You" refers to the person using this site, booking an appointment, or purchasing an offering, whether for themselves, for a minor for whom they are the legal guardian, or for another adult who has asked them to arrange it. For in-person sessions, the physical location is The Soul Haven.
Privacy is covered both in Section 30 below and in the separate Privacy Policy posted on this site.
PART ONE: USING THIS WEBSITE
1. AGREEMENT TO THESE TERMS
By using this website, booking any session, purchasing any offering, or checking the box at the point of booking or checkout, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or purchase anything through it.
These terms may be updated from time to time. The version in place at the time of your booking or purchase is the one that applies to you, and the date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
2. WHO MAY USE THIS SITE AND BOOK WITH AMIE
Purchases and bookings must be made by someone 18 or older. Sessions for clients under 18 must be booked by a parent or legal guardian, as described in Section 16.
Amie works with clients all over the world by Zoom. You are responsible for knowing whether these offerings are permitted where you live, and for any taxes or duties that apply on your side.
3. SHARING THE TEACHINGS THROUGH YOUR EXPERIENCE
The wisdom of energy healing and intuition has been passed down through oral traditions for centuries, is available to everyone, and is owned by no one. Please share what you learn freely, in your own words and through your own experience, so the world may become more connected and conscious.
4. AMIE'S CREATIVE MATERIAL AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The specific materials Amie creates, including course work, classes, exercises, processes, steps, protocols, recordings, guided meditations, workbooks, worksheets, videos, written material, artwork, and the text and images on this site, are all the creative work of Amie and Higher Love Healing LLC. Please do not copy, distribute, resell, or publish these materials in part or in total.
Higher Love Healing is a registered federal trademark. The name, logo, and brand may not be used without written permission.
When you purchase a course, membership, meditation, or recorded reading, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use that material for your own healing and growth. You do not receive ownership of it, and it may not be shared, uploaded elsewhere, taught as your own curriculum, or used to train any artificial intelligence system or model.
5. CONTENT YOU SHARE
Some parts of this site invite you to contribute, including the Community Healing Wall and the Poetry & Art Healing Project. When you submit writing, artwork, a photograph, a comment, or anything else, you keep ownership of what you made. You give Amie permission to display it on the site and in related spaces, and to share it in the ordinary course of the projects it belongs to.
By submitting, you confirm the work is yours to share and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights. Please do not submit anything that identifies another person without their permission. Amie may decline, edit for length, or remove any submission, and may take down a submission at your request where it is possible to do so.
6. FREE MEDITATIONS, THE PODCAST, AND OTHER FREE RESOURCES
Free meditations, podcast episodes, newsletters, and other resources are offered as a gift, for your personal use. They are educational and inspirational in nature and are not personal guidance, not a session, and not a substitute for licensed care.
Please listen to meditations somewhere you can be still and safe. Never listen while driving, operating machinery, or doing anything that needs your full attention.
Free resources may be changed, moved, or taken down at any time.
7. TESTIMONIALS AND RESULTS
Every testimonial on this site comes from a real client sharing a real experience, in their own words, given freely and without payment or any incentive conditioned on what they said. Some are shared with a first name only, or anonymously, at the client's request.
One person's experience is theirs. Results vary for every person, and nothing shared on this site is a promise or guarantee of any particular outcome for you.
8. EMAIL, TEXT MESSAGES, AND STAYING IN TOUCH
When you subscribe, book a session, or purchase an offering, you agree to receive emails related to that purchase, such as confirmations, reminders, and access information. Those emails are part of the service and continue as long as you have an active booking, course, or membership.
If you also opt in to the newsletter, you will receive occasional notes, offers, and invitations. You can unsubscribe from those at any time using the link at the bottom of any email. If you opt in to text messages, message and data rates may apply, and you can stop them by replying STOP.
Please do not use email or text for anything urgent. Amie is not monitoring messages around the clock, and these channels are not a crisis resource.
9. LINKS, RESOURCES, AND REFERRALS
As a courtesy, you may receive links to websites, book titles, or suggestions to see other providers that may be of value to you. This does not constitute an endorsement of any organization, product, or service, and you are responsible for making your own informed decisions. Amie is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of suggested materials or providers.
Some links on this site may be affiliate links, meaning Amie may receive a small commission if you purchase through them, at no additional cost to you. She only shares what she genuinely uses and values.
10. CONDUCT ON THE SITE AND IN COMMUNITY SPACES
In courses, membership spaces, live classes, and anywhere people gather here, please treat others with the same care you would want extended to you. Harassment, cruelty, discrimination, spam, promotion of your own offerings, and sharing another participant's story outside the group are not permitted.
Please do not attempt to disrupt, hack, scrape, or copy this site or its content, or use automated tools to collect material from it.
Amie may remove anyone from a course, membership, or community space for conduct that harms the group. Where the conduct is serious, removal may occur without a refund.
PART TWO: ABOUT AMIE AND THIS WORK
11. ABOUT AMIE AND THIS WORK
Provided in accordance with California Business and Professions Code sections 2053.5 and 2053.6:
Amie Tyler is not a licensed physician, psychologist, therapist, or other state-licensed health care provider. She is unlicensed by choice, and her services are not licensed by the State of California.
Amie's work draws on Process Work facilitation, nervous system regulation, expressive arts and somatic practices, energy healing, guided meditation, hypnosis, intuitive coaching, intuitive readings, and mediumship. The approach rests on the understanding that a person's biofield holds information, and that bringing awareness to what is held there supports a person's own capacity to heal. Sessions may include hands-on or hands-off energy work, guided meditation, intuitive readings, and conversation.
The energy healing she offers falls within the category of biofield therapies, as classified by the National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health, the federal government's lead agency for research on complementary health approaches and one of the centers within the National Institutes of Health. The "biofield" is a term that originated at the National Institutes of Health to describe the field of energy and information that surrounds and permeates the living body, and it remains an active area of scientific study alongside related areas such as interoception and nervous system regulation.
Intuitive guidance and mediumship are spiritual practices and are not part of that category, nor are they licensed or regulated by any state or federal body.
Amie holds a Master of Arts in Transpersonal Psychology from Sofia University, where her focus was therapeutic and ancient methods of healing through expressive arts. She is certified in trauma-informed expressive arts therapy and as a nervous system practitioner. Amie is also certified as a Process Work Facilitator for individuals and Worldwork, and has completed a post-graduate mentorship and certification in UnShaming. Process Work is a depth psychology framework and awareness practice that focuses on following the natural flow of human experience to facilitate personal and collective change. She has been practicing professionally since 2015 and founded Higher Love Healing LLC in 2019. She is a standing guest lecturer at Stanford University.
12. ENERGY MEDICINE AND SPIRITUAL CARE ARE COMPLEMENTARY TO MEDICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH CARE
These services are complementary to conventional care. They are not a substitute for care from a licensed psychologist, therapist, psychiatrist, medical doctor, or any other licensed professional, and they are not medical, legal, or financial advice. Amie and her services make no claim to diagnose, treat, or cure any illness or disorder. All of her work is spiritual and personal development in nature.
If you experience addiction or a mental health condition, please continue working with your licensed provider alongside our time together. Results vary for every person, and no specific outcome is guaranteed.
These services are not a mental health crisis resource. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or an emergency, please call 911 (U.S.) or your local emergency services right away.
PART THREE: PRIVATE SESSIONS, READINGS, AND PACKAGES
13. YOUR HEALING JOURNEY
Through these sessions, the process of activating higher consciousness may bring a new level of spiritual awakening or bring old programs and patterns to light. You understand this is a natural part of healing.
14. SCHEDULING, CANCELLATIONS, LATE ARRIVALS, AND REFUNDS
Cancellations and reschedules require at least 24 hours notice. You can cancel or reschedule by clicking "Change/Cancel Appointment" in your confirmation email. To cancel with less than 24 hours notice, email amie@amietyler.com. Changes made with less than 24 hours notice incur a fee of 50% of the session price.
Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time so every client receives their full time together. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the session is considered a no-show, and the full session fee is kept with no refund or make-up session. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, such as Stripe, or through Venmo.
If a true emergency arises, please email amie@amietyler.com and we will talk it through together. If Amie needs to reschedule, you will be offered a new time or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
15. HANDS-ON AND HANDS-OFF HEALING
For first-time, in-person energy work, Amie will always ask whether you prefer hands-on or hands-off healing. Hands-on energy healing is done only with your expressed permission, and is performed through light touch on the major energy centers (the "chakras") of the body. This is the same light touch offered in hospitals that provide Healing Touch or Reiki.
If you prefer not to be touched, hands-off healing works just as beautifully. You may change your preference at any time during a session, simply by letting Amie know. You and your entire being are not only respected, but honored at all times.
16. CLIENTS UNDER 18
Sessions for clients under 18 must be booked by a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these terms on the minor's behalf and gives consent for the session, including any hands-on healing. The parent or guardian must remain reachable during the session.
17. THE STUDIO SPACE
In-person sessions are held at The Soul Haven, a studio Amie shares with Vanessa Lee Segale of Wild Lotus Energy. The Patio Shops provide the physical space. Neither Vanessa nor the Patio Shops is involved in private sessions or responsible for any part of them.
The Soul Haven is an energetic being and is a space of non-judgement and unconditional love. Please arrive gently. Before you cross the threshold into the studio, take a moment on the patio to silence your phone and take a few deep breaths. Amie invites you to honor crossing the threshold with reverence for all that is behind you and the possibilities of the future from this point forward.
18. RECORDING AND PHOTOGRAPHY
Virtual sessions are recorded by Amie and shared privately with you afterward. Recordings are kept for 30 days and then deleted, so please download yours within two weeks for safe keeping. For in-person sessions, you are welcome to record on your own phone for personal reference. Sessions are never photographed without your express request or permission.
19. VIRTUAL SESSIONS
Zoom sessions require a stable internet connection, and you will benefit from a quiet, private space.
20. ONSITE HOSPITAL OR HOME VISITS AND TRANSITION SUPPORT
For sessions held in a home or hospital, travel fees may apply, and Amie will follow all facility rules and visitor policies. Travel time and session specifics will be discussed on a case-by-case basis. Onsite visits are available in the Bay Area.
Sessions supporting surgery preparation, advanced illness, or end-of-life transition are offered as spiritual care alongside the medical team, never in place of it. Amie does not provide nursing, medical, or custodial care, does not administer or advise on medication, and does not participate in medical decision-making. If the person receiving support cannot consent for themselves, the family member or representative arranging the session confirms they have the authority to do so.
Because these situations change quickly, a session may need to be shortened, moved, or cancelled with little notice on either side. When that happens, we will find a new time or issue a refund, whichever serves you better.
21. HOME AND LAND CLEARINGS
Clearings are energetic and spiritual work. They are not an inspection, an assessment of the physical condition of a property, or a service that addresses anything structural, environmental, or related to safety. No particular outcome is promised.
By booking a clearing, you confirm that you own the property or have permission from the owner for the work to take place, and that everyone living there is aware of it. Travel fees may apply, and scheduling is arranged case by case. Amie is not responsible for the condition of the property or for anything on it, and she will take reasonable care with your space and belongings while she is there.
22. MEDIUMSHIP AND INTUITIVE READINGS
Amie connects with Spirit with love and care, and the messages that come through are guided by Spirit rather than by request. While we can hold an intention to connect with a particular loved one, no specific person, message, or detail can be promised. Information received is offered for your reflection and is yours to interpret through your own knowing.
23. "DIVINE FLASH!" AND OTHER VOICE NOTE RECORDED READINGS
For recorded readings, you submit your questions and Amie responds with a voice recording. Because these are created for you personally and delivered as a recording, a reading becomes non-refundable once Amie has recorded it.
Please submit your questions clearly and completely, since there is no live conversation to clarify them. Delivery timing is shared at purchase, and if something delays it, Amie will let you know.
24. SESSIONS WITH MORE THAN ONE PERSON
Relationship immersions and other sessions held with more than one person are booked by one person, and everyone attending agrees to these terms.
In shared sessions, what one person shares is heard by the other. Amie holds everything in confidence as described in Section 30. Please arrive willing to speak openly, and please extend the same care to anything the other person shares.
If either person chooses not to continue, the session ends in it's current form - as a relationship immersion. If only one person would like to continue, you are free to use the remaining hours or sessions as 1:1 private work. Cancellation terms in Section 14 apply, and for immersions the full amount is treated as a single booking rather than as separate sessions.
25. PACKAGES AND PAYMENT PLANS
Packages are designed to be completed within 3 months of purchase as Spirit is fully aligned with the intention of you completing the work. If life gets full, unused sessions may still be scheduled within 6 months of your purchase date, after which any remaining sessions are forfeited. Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Where a package is offered with a monthly payment plan, the full amount is owed regardless of how many sessions you use, and payments continue on schedule until the balance is paid. If a payment does not go through, Amie will reach out, and sessions may be paused until the account is current. Choosing a payment plan is for your convenience (but not a reduction in what is owed).
PART FOUR: COURSES, MEMBERSHIP, AND LIVE OFFERINGS
26. DIGITAL COURSES
Self-paced courses, including Attuned to Joy and Intuition Illuminated and any other courses Amie offers, give you personal access to the course material for as long as the course remains available. Amie intends to keep her courses online indefinitely, and if a course is ever retired you will be given at least 30 days notice to download anything you want to keep.
Your access is for you alone. Please do not share your login, give access to anyone else, or distribute the material, as described in Section 4.
Because course material is delivered digitally and immediately, all sales are final and non-refundable unless the course page states otherwise at the time of purchase.
Courses are educational and inspirational. They are not personal guidance, not a session with Amie, and not a cure or a substitute for licensed care.
27. MEMBERSHIP AND AUTOMATIC RENEWAL
Membership is a recurring subscription. Unless you cancel, it renews automatically at the end of each billing period, and the payment method you gave at signup is charged at the rate shown when you joined. The price, billing period, and renewal terms are shown at checkout before you subscribe, and you will receive a confirmation by email after you join.
You may cancel at any time, online, through your account or by emailing amie@amietyler.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep access until that period ends, and you will not be charged again after that.
Payments already made are not refunded, including for a period already begun. If the price ever changes, you will receive notice by email before the change takes effect, and you can cancel before it applies. A founders rate, once given, is held for as long as your membership stays active and uninterrupted.
28. LIVE ONLINE COURSES, CLASSES, AND WORKSHOPS
Live offerings are booked for a specific date and time. All purchases are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable, and a ticket may not be given to another person or applied to another event, even if the event is rescheduled.
Please do not share access links or event recordings. Recording by participants is not permitted.
Participants may ask the group to keep what they share private, and you agree to honor those requests. If a live offering must be cancelled by Amie and cannot be rescheduled, you will receive a full refund.
29. YOUR ACCOUNT
You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for everything that happens under your account. Please give accurate information when you register and keep it current, since that is how you receive access and confirmations. If you believe someone else has used your account, email amie@amietyler.com.
PART FIVE: PRIVACY AND RECORDS
30. PRIVACY, DATA, AND RECORD-KEEPING
The promise of privacy. Amie and Higher Love Healing LLC hold all client sessions, communications, and personal information in strict confidence. She will not share, sell, or disclose your identity, contact information, or the contents of your sessions with any third party, except as you voluntarily agree or as set out in the limited legal and safety exceptions below.
The nature of practice records. Because this work is spiritual and personal development rather than clinical practice, the information Amie collects is kept as standard business records rather than medical or clinical charts. She does not maintain traditional narrative case notes, clinical progress reports, or psychological tracking logs of individual sessions, and that is on purpose.
Visual biofield drawings and aura photos. During or after a session, Amie may create visual, non-textual representations, sketches, or drawings of your energy field, auric field, or biofield, or take a photo (with your consent) of your aura. These are created solely as intuitive, real-time working tools that support you, and they do not constitute diagnostic medical, psychological, or physiological records. All such drawings remain the sole intellectual property of Amie and Higher Love Healing LLC. Amie may securely destroy or permanently delete these drawings at the conclusion of a session or within a timeframe at her sole discretion. Aura photos you have purchased are yours to keep.
Third-party platforms and digital risk. Amie uses Acuity Scheduling, a Squarespace company, to manage booking, intake forms, and administrative contact information, along with other providers for payments, course hosting, and email. By submitting information through these platforms, you acknowledge that your data is stored and processed according to their own privacy policies. Amie maintains secure, password-protected, restricted access to her administrative dashboards. Standard electronic communications, including regular email, SMS text messaging, and unencrypted messaging apps, carry inherent intercept risks. If you choose to send sensitive personal information through these channels, you do so acknowledging and accepting those risks.
California law and legal privilege. Because these sessions are not licensed health care, communications within them do not carry statutory therapist-client privilege or doctor-patient privilege under the California Evidence Code. If Amie is served with a legally binding court order, lawful subpoena, or law enforcement directive compelling the production of client data, including intake forms or visual biofield drawings, she is legally obligated to comply with the law. You agree that Amie is not liable for complying with such a lawful order. If you are the party who initiates or requests legal proceedings that require Amie to produce records or testify, you agree to reimburse her reasonable costs, including legal counsel fees and time.
Safety and protective exceptions. Notwithstanding the general pledge of confidentiality, Amie reserves the right to disclose limited, necessary client information to appropriate emergency contacts, medical personnel, or authorities if she has a good-faith belief that disclosure is required to prevent imminent, serious physical harm or life-threatening danger to you or another identifiable individual, or to report the known or reasonably suspected abuse, neglect, or exploitation of a minor child, an elderly person (65 or older), or a dependent or vulnerable adult, in alignment with safety best practices and ethical standards.

PART SIX: GENERAL TERMS
31. THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT AS THEY ARE
This website and everything offered through it are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Amie does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of anything harmful, and she is not responsible for outages of the platforms this site and its offerings run on.
32. RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
You take full responsibility for your own decisions and actions, including those you make as a result of any session, course, class, reading, meditation, or anything else offered here. You agree that Amie is not liable, legally or otherwise, for those decisions or actions, and you agree to hold Amie harmless in the event of injury of any kind. For in-person sessions, this release extends to Vanessa Lee Segale, Wild Lotus Energy, and the Patio Shops as to the premises.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amie's total liability for any claim arising out of these terms or anything purchased here is limited to the amount you paid for the specific offering the claim relates to. Amie is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
33. GENERAL
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in San Mateo County, California. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. These terms, together with anything stated at the point of purchase for a specific offering, are the entire agreement between us.

34. YOU ARE YOUR OWN BEST HEALER
All intuitive guidance is offered for your highest and best good at the time it is given. Free will is the strongest energy in the Universe, and your energy and choices can shift at any time. You remain fully responsible for all the decisions you make.
