When you arrive, we will spend a few minutes talking about what brought you to the appointment. From there, the session will be curated to you to meet your needs. The session will begin with a full-body energy scan, then may include a combination of quantum harmonization body processes, energy healing, biofield tuning with sound (tuning forks), or releasing trapped emotions.
