Come renew your spirit! In this new, 6-session workshop for parents and caregivers, Amie will guide you through healing meditations and exercises to support a deeper connection to your sacred center. This class is good for parents who are seeking to re-center to soul and self, for parents who want to rekindle their love for their family members, and those who are parents or caregivers of children with learning or physical disabilities or who simply need support.
