About Me

Amie's mission is to hold sacred space for others to explore expansion of soul and self, whether it be through the written word, meditation, psychosynthesis, or embodied spirituality.

Amie has a degree in creative writing from the University of Arkansas and especially loves poetry, essays, and short stories. In the Fall of 2021, she will graduate with a Master's Degree in Transpersonal Psychology. She currently works full time at a technology company in Silicon Valley and enjoys life with her two sons and husband, and dog Rufus.

Fascinated by quantum energy and the energy body, she obtained her Level 1 and 2 certification in the Channeled Light Healing™ method of spiritual healing. Her work includes teaching others how to meditate and leading workshops to foster connection in her community. She has just developed a new curriculum for a 7-session workshop for parents of children with disabilities.

Underlying all of her work is a heart & soul-based approach focused on meeting life with presence, flow, and connection. Check out her project, Survival to Sacred, for interviews of self-actualizers and other inspirational stories.

If you know anyone who has a story about moving from "surviving," to living a life focused on what is sacred for them, please ask if they'd like to share their story here at Survival to Sacred.

New project! If you or someone you know would like to participate in the Pandemic Poetry and Art Project, please see the Submissions link and email amie@amietyler.com to participate.
